During my time as a Public Relations Coordinator at The Door Idea House, my role included various responsibilities. Working alongside Account Executives and Account Managers, I was able to dive into the in depth world of public relations. With accounts in food and hospitality, I learned the power of presence in various publications and reaching new audiences. Brands I supported included Jiant Hard Kombucha, Ysidro, Genghis Cohen, Wilderton, TAO Hospitality Group, alongside others. 

A little into what I did…

• Supporting account executives and managers by handling organizational tasks like scheduling client calls, preparing client agendas, and maintaining trackers of client information 📕

• Demonstrating in-depth client knowledge and fostering strong client relationships 🧠

• Kept clients informed about press and media mentions, assisting with creative tasks such as media mailers and messaging, and delivering press hits to relevant clients 🗞

• Creating and maintaining a respectful and comfortable work environment while representing the company professionally ⭐️

• Compiling monthly reports for multiple clients, organizing client assets, and managing schedules 📅
